Core processes of redesigning a website
work? erm I had a meeting this morning, just to have some ideas on how a meeting is conducted, what goes on inside the meeting room etc. My supervisor taught us (4 other IT colleagues) some core processes of redesigning a webpage. There are 5 phases in redesigning a websites and they are:
[1] Defining the Project (Discovery, Planning & Clarification)
[2] Developing Site Structure (content-View, Site-View, Page-View)
[3] Visual design and testing (creating, Confirming, Handing off)
[4] Production Quality Assurance (Preparation, Building, Testing)
[5] Launch and Beyond (Delivery, Launch, Maintenance)
