BOOoooooMMmm

I fell off my bed last night while trying to reach for the bed lamp’s switch button :D :D And half of my body landed on my hamster cage. It must have been a shock for my poor little cutie – she became really active after that. Luckily I didn’t sprain my joints!! Just got a small blue black on my right knee (swelling a little)

A few things to be done this week: Make sure that I get ample hours of sleep! Collect my race pack either on Thursday or Friday. Eat well but don’t anyhow eat. Visualize my run. I hope on Saturday (or Sunday morning) I can get to clear bowel as this is one of the major things which is bothering me!!!

Hamster News

I have 3 hamsters now and I won’t be getting new ones for the time being as I plan to adopt a cat instead i.e after I get all the necessary cat stuffs ready. Dar and I plan to adopt one either from the SPCA or from the Cat Welfare Society. As for Doggie gurl, she will remain at Calvin’s place which has been her home since 29th June 2003.

I think my company is looking for software engineers. By the way, I think today is my 1st year anniversary at Hutcabb :) Yup time flies!

Birthday Dinner

Went for seafood dinner buffet at Grand Copthorne yesterday with sis, jon, bro, althea and darling. My 2nd time eating there. Ahhh I loved the food! Yummy yummy :) Loved the big bbq prawns, the crackers, the smoked salmon, the chilli crab and almost everything else! Man I had 5 plates of food!! I did some extra workouts earlier on – hill repeats around my area. hehehee yup I knew I was going to eat a LOT!

Don’t drink before running

There was a small gathering at Mr Lim’s place today, among the mr25 gang. I had two 3/4 glasses of red wine an hour before going for a run with ultraman. Phew. Don’t drink before running or don’t run after drinking ;) I ended up running 10 km only instead of the 20 km that I had planned. Anyway, my leg muscles also haven’t fully recovered. My hamstring and butt are aching. Yup I’m in a pretty bad shape!
