Sleepy Mikey
Some photos of my kitten. The only time I can take his photo is when he’s dozing off! Else it’s quite hard because he’ll never remain still haa.

If you have urgent things to tell me, better don’t call my handphone as I may not hear any incoming calls! I can still receive sms though (as far as I know). Need to get a new handphone soon.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
I spent my Christmas day at MacRitchie Reservoir (MR) with the sgrunners and the mr25 people. The year end MR25 Ultra Marathon was held today at MR. It is a 12 hr event from 7 am to 7 pm. So you can run as many loops as you want within these 12 hrs. Non-runners will sure find this whole thing crazy! haha. Well it was fun but tiring! I managed to complete the minimum 5 loops i.e 52.5 km in a time of 7 hrs 45 mins. Each loop is 10.5 km. If you complete 5 loops, you receive a certificate and an event T-Shirt. Five loops were enough! Gosh, I had bad stomach ache during my final loop. Arg, nature always calls at the wrong time!
Merry Chritmas Everyone!!!

Dar and I went to the SPCA (Singapore) this morning. Our 2nd time there.

This is where the dogs are kept. Quite sad to see those dogs, cats and other small animals waiting to be adopted.

I chose to adopt Mikey, a 2 month old ginger white local cat. Wish I could adopt all the other cats as well! Mikey’s brother was adopted by someone else at the time we adopted him. Else, I would have adopted both of them! Here are some pics of Mikey taken after I brought him back home.

He’s very playful, very curious!

He’s also litter trained. The SPCA will call me back in a few weeks for a checkup (vaccination etc). We paid $50 for the adoption which includes vaccination, deworming & sterilisation.

The cutey is sleeping on my bed now
Dear & I ordered some basic cat stuffs. We may be going down the the SPCA again tomorrow or after Christmas.

That was a last minute change. Oh well, there will always be a next time. Maybe it was also a blessing in disguise. Dar is having high fever today (stomach flu).
“Action!” ….. “Cut! Do Again” …. “Action!” …. “Good! One more time” …. “Action!” …
lol it was fun watching dar acting. I kept laughing at him
He was so tense and nervous hahaha. They gonna show this 5 mins commercial next year on Channel 12 – Kids Central – every Saturday and Sunday.

I was walking around with this big bag just now and of course some people thought that I was getting married
Haha I know quite many are curious about our future plans.
Christmas is coming! Dar and I are planning for a trip to Melaka. We plan to leave next Wednesday and be back on Christmas Eve. On Christmas day, I will be at MacRitchie Reservoir one whole day i.e from 7 am to 7 pm as there is a 12 hr run (MR25 ultramarathon) on that day! Then at the end of this year, SGRunners is having its first End of the Year Chalet!
Official Singapore Marathon 2005 Results are out.
